What's Going On? The Usual.

This past week, I have been making watermelon icee drinks in the blender using frozen watermelon and water. This is a very cooling and refreshing drink. Probably good for you too. Water melon is less than $4.00 at the Farmer's Market or the Fruit basket. They are yummy.

It was a day for shopping. Trying to get the clothes shopping done for the Grands because school will be starting soon. After 3 stores, I was tired. Sarah, Raven and Moi spent the afternoon together. It was a nice visit.

Its a beautiful day. Today, I will cook a little something. Im making a creamy potato corn chowder and salad. Trying to keep it easy and not turn on the oven. Its hot here in New Mexico. Later, Im getting together with friends to plan the next weekend getaway. It just might be Ruidoso, New Mexico.
